Position: Operation Efficiency Manager
Location: HITEK (Site-based/Project locations)
Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Operation Efficiency Manager to join our team at HITEK. This role will be responsible for real-time monitoring and optimization of time attendance and staff transport across various projects, ensuring compliance with contractual terms. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuous Real-Time Monitoring of Time Attendance and Staff Transport:
- Develop and maintain a real-time monitoring cockpit for management, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Report deviations from the contractual manpower in real-time to division heads and project managers.
- Highlight real-time irregularities and deviations from the daily routine.
- Monitor the daily routine to ensure adherence to contract terms and continuously optimize time attendance and staff transport efficiency.
- Ensure Correct Installation and Update of Time Attendance Devices:
- Ensure proper installation and regular updates of biometric machines on-site.
- Manage and update geofences and beacons for effective time attendance tracking.
- Time Attendance Monitoring:
- Verify the number of staff on-site to ensure it matches the contract requirements.
- Ensure the trade of staff on-site is aligned with the contracted specifications.
- Monitor the timing of staff on-site and ensure it matches the agreed contract.
- Identify idle staff and report inefficiencies to improve overall productivity.
- Optimize Staff Transport:
- Monitor, verify and optimize vehicle timing
- Ensure the number of vehicle trips aligns with contract requirements.
- Work proactively to optimize transport efficiency and minimize any discrepancies.
- Reporting:
- This position will be recruited for HITEK and will play a pivotal role in maintaining project operations.
- During the initial 6-month phase, the position will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for guidance, strategy, and operational alignment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in monitoring time attendance, staff transport, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with time attendance systems (biometric devices, geofences, beacons, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with experience using data visualization tools a plus.
- Prior experience working in project-based or contract-driven environments preferred.
